You will be helping buyers find the right home, guiding vendors through the sales process, and playing a visible part in driving branch performance. From generating viewings to progressing deals and building lasting local relationships, you will have the chance to make a genuine impact every day.



What you will be doing


  • Registering buyers and understanding their property requirements
  • Booking and conducting viewings
  • Following up on viewings and converting interest into offers
  • Negotiating offers between buyers and vendors
  • Supporting the sales progression process through to completion
  • Building strong relationships with vendors, buyers, solicitors, and mortgage brokers
  • Generating new business opportunities through prospecting and applicant matching
  • Keeping property details accurate and up to date across internal systems and portals
  • Contributing to branch targets and helping maintain a high-energy team environment

You will become a trusted point of contact for buyers and sellers alike, create a consistently strong customer experience, and help keep sales moving with pace and professionalism. You will know how to spot an opportunity, keep communication flowing, and turn activity into results.
