This is a role for someone who enjoys building strong landlord and tenant relationships, staying on top of maintenance matters and making sure every tenancy is managed with care and professionalism.

You will be joining a growing independent property operation with a strong presence in the local market, a collaborative working culture and a real focus on service. What you will be doing


You will take ownership of a residential portfolio, acting as the main point of contact for landlords and tenants while ensuring properties are managed efficiently, compliantly and with attention to detail. Your ability to stay organised, communicate clearly and keep issues moving will be key to your success.



Daily tasks


  • Managing a portfolio of residential tenancies from move-in through to renewal and check-out
  • Handling maintenance issues and coordinating repairs with contractors
  • Building strong working relationships with landlords, tenants and suppliers
  • Arranging inspections and following up on any actions required
  • Keeping tenancy paperwork, compliance records and property notes up to date
  • Dealing with rent queries, tenancy issues and general property management matters
  • Supporting renewals, deposit discussions and end-of-tenancy processes
  • Ensuring a high level of customer service is delivered at every stage
