As Property Manager, you will become the key point of contact for landlords and tenants, ensuring properties are managed smoothly while protecting the value of each asset. Your work will keep tenancies running efficiently, resolve issues quickly, and maintain strong long-term relationships with clients.



What You’ll Be Doing


  • Managing a portfolio of residential rental properties across the local area
  • Acting as the main point of contact for landlords and tenants
  • Coordinating maintenance and repairs with trusted contractors
  • Arranging and reviewing property inspections and reporting findings to landlords
  • Handling tenancy renewals and negotiating extensions where appropriate
  • Ensuring compliance with current lettings legislation and safety requirements
  • Resolving tenancy issues with a calm and professional approach
  • Working closely with the lettings team to ensure smooth handovers from new tenancies
  • Keeping property records, documentation, and systems fully up to date
