As Property Manager, you will oversee an active portfolio of residential properties, ensuring every tenancy runs smoothly from move-in through to renewal. Your ability to communicate clearly, resolve issues proactively, and keep landlords informed will play a key role in maintaining strong relationships and protecting the performance of the portfolio.

What you’ll be doing day to day
- Managing a portfolio of residential rental properties on behalf of landlords
- Acting as the main point of contact for tenants and landlords throughout the tenancy
- Coordinating maintenance and repairs with trusted contractors
- Conducting property inspections and ensuring compliance requirements are met
- Managing tenancy renewals and negotiating terms where required
- Handling maintenance queries and resolving issues efficiently
- Keeping landlords fully informed on property performance and tenancy matters
- Liaising with contractors to ensure works are completed to a high standard
- Supporting smooth move-ins and ensuring documentation is accurate and compliant
- Maintaining clear records using property management systems
What will help you succeed
- Previous experience within residential lettings or property management
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple properties effectively
- A proactive approach to resolving maintenance and tenancy issues
- Good understanding of lettings legislation and compliance requirements
- Full UK driving licence
