An established and expanding independent estate agency is looking for a confident Sales Negotiator to join its busy Birmingham branch. With a strong presence across the region and a reputation for delivering exceptional customer experiences, the business continues to grow through referrals, repeat clients, and an energetic team culture.



This role offers the chance to become a key part of a high-performing sales team where your negotiation skills, market knowledge, and customer focus will directly influence the success of the branch.



What You’ll Be Doing


  • Managing buyer enquiries and building strong relationships with applicants
  • Conducting property viewings and delivering engaging property presentations
  • Negotiating offers between buyers and vendors to achieve successful sales
  • Providing feedback to vendors following viewings and market activity
  • Progressing sales through to completion while maintaining clear communication with all parties
  • Generating new business opportunities through proactive prospecting
  • Maintaining accurate records within the CRM system
  • Supporting the branch with marketing initiatives and local market activity



What You’ll Bring


  • Experience working as a Sales Negotiator within estate agency
  • A confident and personable approach with excellent communication skills
  • Strong negotiation ability and a passion for delivering results
  • A proactive mindset with the drive to generate business
  • Local knowledge of the Birmingham property market is advantageous
  • Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
