The Opportunity


You’ll be joining a high-performing branch where activity is constant and opportunity is everywhere. This is a role for someone who enjoys being in the thick of it — generating viewings, negotiating offers and driving sales through to completion.

You won’t just be ticking boxes. You’ll be building trust with vendors and buyers, spotting opportunities to win new instructions, and contributing directly to the branch’s continued growth in market share.



What You’ll Be Doing


  • Registering buyers and matching them to suitable properties
  • Conducting viewings and delivering a professional, engaging experience
  • Negotiating offers to achieve the best outcome for vendors
  • Progressing sales through to exchange and completion
  • Generating new business through prospecting and database management
  • Supporting valuation appointments and helping convert market appraisals
  • Maintaining accurate records on the CRM system
  • Working closely with the wider team to exceed branch targets



What You’ll Bring


  • Previous experience as a Sales Negotiator within estate agency
  • A strong understanding of the Northampton property market
  • A proactive approach to lead generation and business development
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills
  • Drive, resilience and a target-focused mindset
  • A full UK driving licence
