The Opportunity
This is more than just another negotiator role. You’ll be trusted to generate new instructions, build lasting client relationships and take ownership of the sales process from valuation through to completion.
You will be instrumental in strengthening the branch’s position in the Solihull market — identifying opportunities, securing new business, and delivering a service that vendors genuinely recommend.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Carrying out market appraisals and converting valuations into instructions
- Managing a pipeline of residential sales from launch to completion
- Conducting viewings and negotiating offers to achieve the best outcome for clients
- Proactively generating new business through prospecting, canvassing and referrals
- Building strong relationships with vendors and buyers, providing expert advice throughout
- Ensuring properties are marketed effectively across online portals and social channels
- Working closely with the branch team to exceed monthly targets and grow market share
- Keeping CRM systems accurate and up to date
What You’ll Bring
- Experience as a Sales Negotiator with valuation exposure, or a Valuer looking for a broader role
- Strong knowledge of the Solihull property market
- A proven track record of winning instructions and achieving sales
- Commercial awareness and confidence in fee negotiation
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- A full UK driving licence
