This role would suit a confident Lettings Negotiator who enjoys being out on viewings, speaking with landlords and tenants, and making deals happen.
You will be trusted to manage your pipeline, keep instructions moving, and play a visible part in the success of the branch.
What you’ll be doing
You will take ownership of applicant enquiries, register tenants, arrange viewings, and negotiate lets with confidence and professionalism.
You will work closely with landlords and colleagues across the branch to ensure properties are marketed well, viewings are productive, and opportunities are not missed.
You will also help strengthen the branch’s local profile by delivering a service that keeps clients coming back and recommending the business to others.
Daily tasks
- Register and qualify new tenant applicants
- Arrange and carry out property viewings
- Match applicants to suitable properties
- Negotiate offers and secure agreed lets
- Keep landlords and applicants updated throughout the process
- Generate new business opportunities from enquiries and conversations
- Support the marketing of available properties
- Maintain accurate records and keep the CRM fully updated
- Work closely with the wider team to progress lets smoothly
