What you’ll be doing:
- Leading and motivating a sales-focused team to achieve and exceed targets
- Driving property valuations and winning new instructions across the local market
- Overseeing the full sales process from instruction through to completion
- Building strong relationships with vendors and buyers to secure repeat business
- Analysing branch performance and implementing strategies to increase market share
- Coaching and developing team members to maximise individual and collective success
- Ensuring high standards of customer service and compliance are consistently met
- Representing the brand within the community to strengthen local presence
What you’ll bring:
- A strong track record in estate agency sales, ideally at senior negotiator or management level
- Proven ability to win business and convert valuations into instructions
- Natural leadership skills with a hands-on, results-driven approach
