What You’ll Achieve


  • Convert valuations into agreed sales through proactive negotiation


  • Build strong, lasting relationships with vendors and buyers


  • Increase branch revenue by maximising every opportunity


  • Deliver a smooth sales journey from offer through to completion


  • Strengthen the branch’s presence within the Solihull property market



Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities


  • Registering and qualifying buyers


  • Conducting viewings and providing detailed feedback


  • Negotiating offers between vendors and buyers


  • Progressing agreed sales and liaising with solicitors, brokers and surveyors


  • Generating new business opportunities and supporting valuations


  • Maintaining accurate records and CRM updates


  • Contributing to team targets and branch performance



What We’re Looking For


  • Experience as a Sales Negotiator within residential estate agency


  • A proven track record of winning and negotiating offers


  • Strong communication and rapport-building skills


  • Commercial awareness and a target-driven mindset


  • Full UK driving licence
