The Opportunity
You’ll be working across both residential sales and lettings, playing a key part in generating new business, securing offers, and delivering exceptional service to vendors, landlords, buyers and tenants.
This role will allow you to:

You’ll be supported by experienced leadership while being given the autonomy to make things happen.
Daily Responsibilities
- Register applicants and match them to suitable properties
- Conduct viewings and follow up for feedback and offers
- Negotiate sales and rental offers through to agreed terms
- Generate new business through canvassing and prospecting
- Support with market appraisals and listing preparation
- Liaise with vendors, landlords, buyers and tenants throughout the process
- Progress sales and tenancies to completion and move-in
- Ensure compliance with current UK property legislation
About You
You may already be a Negotiator in either sales or lettings, or currently working in a dual role and looking to maximise your potential.
You’ll bring:
- Experience within residential estate agency
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- A proactive approach to generating new business
- Target-driven mindset with a focus on results
- Excellent organisational skills
- Full UK driving licence
Above all, you’ll be energetic, motivated and eager to build a long-term career within estate agency.
