The Opportunity


As Valuer, you will be the driving force behind new business generation. You’ll position the company as the agent of choice across your patch, delivering accurate market appraisals and converting them into committed instructions.


You will have the platform to:


  • Increase market share across Birmingham


  • Build strong relationships with vendors and local developers


  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure seamless listings to completion


  • Enhance brand visibility through proactive canvassing and networking


  • Maximise fee income through strategic pricing and negotiation

Daily Responsibilities


  • Conduct market appraisals and provide expert pricing advice


  • Convert valuation opportunities into sole agency instructions


  • Generate new business through canvassing, prospecting, and referrals


  • Work collaboratively with negotiators to ensure successful sales progression


  • Maintain strong communication with vendors throughout the sales journey


  • Monitor local market trends and competitor activity


  • Deliver consistently high levels of customer service


  • Achieve and exceed agreed instruction and revenue targets



About You


You will already have experience as a Valuer, Lister, Senior Negotiator or Assistant Manager within estate agency and be confident operating in a competitive market.


You’ll bring:


  • Proven success in winning instructions


  • Strong knowledge of the Birmingham property market


  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills


  • Commercial awareness and a target-driven mindset


  • A proactive approach to generating new business


  • Full UK driving licence
