You won’t just be booking viewings – you’ll be building relationships, spotting opportunities and turning enquiries into long-term landlord and tenant clients.

The Role

As Lettings Negotiator, you’ll play a key part in keeping stock moving, generating new instructions and ensuring tenancies progress smoothly from enquiry to move-in.

Working closely with the Lettings Manager and property management team, you’ll help grow the portfolio while delivering a service that keeps landlords coming back.

Your Daily Responsibilities

• Registering and qualifying tenant applicants

• Booking and conducting property viewings

• Negotiating tenancy terms between landlords and tenants

• Converting enquiries into agreed lets

• Supporting with new landlord enquiries and market appraisals

• Assisting with tenancy progression and move-in coordination

• Keeping landlords fully updated throughout the letting process

• Ensuring compliance with current lettings legislation and processes

• Updating CRM systems and maintaining accurate records

What You’ll Bring

• Previous experience within residential lettings

• A proactive approach to generating and converting business

• Strong communication and negotiation skills

• Good understanding of current UK lettings legislation

• Ability to work towards and exceed targets

• Professional, well-presented and confident manner

• Full UK driving licence
