As Property Manager, you will be trusted to manage your own portfolio with autonomy – supported by a team that understands the pressures of lettings and values professionalism.



The Role

You will oversee a residential portfolio, ensuring compliance, communication, and customer care are delivered to a high standard. Your ability to balance landlord expectations with tenant satisfaction will be key.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Managing a portfolio of residential properties across the local area

• Acting as the main point of contact for landlords and tenants

• Coordinating maintenance works and liaising with trusted contractors

• Carrying out property inspections and producing detailed reports

• Ensuring full compliance with current lettings legislation

• Negotiating tenancy renewals and handling deposit matters

• Managing arrears and resolving tenancy issues professionally

• Working closely with the lettings team to ensure smooth move-ins and ongoing tenancies

About You

• Previous experience in residential Property Management
