What you’ll be doing:


  • Managing a well-maintained residential portfolio across Warwick and surrounding areas


  • Coordinating repairs, maintenance, and contractor visits efficiently


  • Conducting routine property inspections and reporting on condition


  • Handling tenancy renewals and rent reviews with accuracy and confidence


  • Responding promptly to landlord and tenant queries, resolving issues professionally


  • Ensuring compliance with lettings legislation and safety requirements


  • Working closely with lettings and accounts teams to provide a seamless service
