A well-established, independently owned agency in the heart of Kenilworth is expanding their team. Known for their modern approach, collaborative ethos and strong presence across Warwickshire, they’re now looking for a confident Lettings Negotiator to join their thriving lettings department.




What you’ll be doing:


You won’t be stuck behind a desk, this is a fast-paced, people-focused role where no two days are the same. You'll be the face of the business for landlords and tenants alike, building lasting relationships and helping people find their next home.



Day-to-day, you will:


  • Register and qualify prospective tenants


  • Arrange and conduct property viewings


  • Liaise with landlords to provide feedback and progress updates


  • Negotiate lets and manage the offer process through to completion


  • Ensure all compliance and referencing processes are followed


  • Support property marketing with up-to-date descriptions and photos


  • Collaborate with the wider team to meet branch targets

What they’re looking for:


You’ll need previous lettings or estate agency experience and a natural ability to build rapport quickly. A full UK driving licence is essential.
