What you’ll be doing:


  • Booking and conducting viewings across a broad portfolio of properties


  • Negotiating offers and progressing sales from offer to completion


  • Building rapport with buyers and sellers to grow long-term relationships


  • Providing expert advice on the local property market


  • Following up leads and generating new business opportunities


  • Liaising with solicitors, surveyors, and mortgage brokers


  • Keeping vendors updated and delivering an excellent client experience
