An established, multi-branch agency in Birmingham is seeking a Senior Lettings Negotiator to drive performance, mentor junior staff, and take ownership of lettings success in a key branch.

What you’ll be doing:


  • Registering and qualifying applicants to match them with the right properties


  • Conducting viewings and advising landlords on pricing and presentation


  • Negotiating lets with a focus on long-term retention and relationship building


  • Managing the tenancy process from offer to move-in


  • Mentoring junior team members and supporting daily branch operations


  • Maximising opportunities for new business and landlord instructions
