What you’ll be doing day-to-day:

• Registering applicants and qualifying their needs with insight and empathy

• Booking and conducting lettings viewings across the local area

• Providing landlords with honest, informed feedback and advice

• Progressing tenancies with precision and pace

• Negotiating lets and generating quality offers that stick

• Building long-term relationships with landlords, tenants, and local partners

• Staying up to date with compliance and legal responsibilities
