This established and highly regarded independent estate agency in Leicester is looking for a Sales Support Administrator who thrives on organisation, communication and being the steady hand in a busy office. If you enjoy speaking with clients, keeping processes on track and playing a central role in a sales team’s success, this position offers real variety and responsibility.
This isn’t just paperwork and filing. You will be the glue that connects valuers, negotiators, buyers and vendors ensuring opportunities are followed up, feedback is captured and sales are progressing smoothly.
The Opportunity
Working closely with the sales team, you’ll provide essential administrative and client support across the full sales cycle. From following up valuation leads to compiling viewing feedback and assisting with progression, your work will directly contribute to instructions won and properties sold.
With both full-time and part-time options available, the business is open to structuring the role around the right individual.
Daily Responsibilities
- Following up valuation and viewing leads promptly and professionally
- Calling applicants after viewings to gather detailed feedback
- Supporting negotiators with sales progression updates
- Liaising with buyers, vendors and solicitors to keep transactions moving
- Preparing sales documentation and issuing memorandums of sale
- Maintaining accurate CRM records and property notes
- Managing inbound enquiries and directing calls efficiently
- Assisting with general office administration and compliance tasks
What You’ll Bring
- Previous experience within estate agency or property administration preferred
- Confident and professional telephone manner
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive approach to following up leads and gathering feedback
- Strong written communication skills
