The role


You will take responsibility for the day-to-day performance of the lettings operation within the branch.

That means driving results, setting standards, and developing the people around you.

Your focus will include:


  • Leading and developing a team of negotiators and support staff
  • Driving instructions and growing the managed portfolio
  • Carrying out valuations and converting business
  • Managing applicant flow and improving match quality
  • Monitoring performance and pushing the team to exceed targets
  • Maintaining compliance across all lettings activity
  • Building strong relationships with landlords
  • Working with the directors on plans for growth

What you need


  • Solid experience in residential lettings
  • Currently operating at Senior Negotiator or Team Leader level

  • Good understanding of current lettings legislation
  • Ambition to step into a bigger role
