The role


You will manage the full lettings process from enquiry through to move-in.


That means keeping applicants engaged, matching them to the right properties, and making sure deals progress without delay.


Your focus will include:


  • Registering applicants and understanding their requirements
  • Matching applicants to suitable properties
  • Conducting viewings and building rapport quickly
  • Negotiating offers and agreeing lets
  • Progressing references and tenancy paperwork
  • Keeping landlords and tenants updated throughout
  • Handling issues and keeping deals on track



What you will deliver


  • Properties let quickly and efficiently
  • Applicants matched well to the right homes
  • Smooth tenancy progression with minimal issues
  • Strong relationships with landlords and tenants
  • Consistent contribution to team targets



What you need


  • At least 12 months’ experience in residential lettings
  • Confidence carrying out viewings and negotiating deals
  • Strong communication and customer handling skills
  • Ability to stay organised in a fast-paced environment
  • Good attention to detail, especially around compliance
  • Comfortable managing multiple deals at once
  • Basic IT skills including Microsoft Office
