What you’ll be doing:

• Conducting viewings and matching applicants to suitable rental properties

• Negotiating lets and progressing them through to move-in

• Building strong rapport with landlords and tenants

• Managing enquiries and ensuring a high level of customer service

• Supporting the team with new instructions and property marketing

• Ensuring compliance with lettings legislation and best practice
