What you’ll be doing day-to-day:


  • Handling buyer enquiries and managing viewing appointments


  • Negotiating offers and progressing sales through to completion


  • Maintaining close client communication throughout the sales process


  • Contributing to branch targets with a strong focus on pipeline building


  • Generating valuations and identifying new business opportunities


  • Maintaining accurate records using CRM systems and portals


  • Liaising with solicitors, mortgage advisors and other third parties



About you:


You're a confident communicator, ideally with experience in residential sales, and a clear passion for property. You know how to build rapport, stay organised, and thrive under pressure. A full UK driving licence and own car are essential.
