What you’ll be doing:


  • Acting as the main point of contact for landlords and tenants across a managed portfolio.


  • Managing maintenance issues, coordinating repairs, and liaising with contractors.


  • Organising and carrying out property inspections, inventories, and check-outs.


  • Ensuring full compliance with lettings legislation, safety regulations and internal processes.


  • Supporting tenancy renewals and deposit negotiations.


  • Collaborating with lettings and accounts colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery.



What you'll bring:


You’ll be a confident communicator who thrives on problem-solving and delivering high standards. Previous experience in a residential property management role is essential, and you'll have strong knowledge of current legislation and best practice. ARLA qualification is advantageous but not essential.
