Are you a proactive property professional ready to take the next step in your career? We’re partnering with a growing independent agency in Leamington Spa that is seeking an experienced Property Manager to lead the delivery of outstanding property services across their residential portfolio.


You’ll be joining a supportive team that values your expertise and rewards initiative. In this role, you won’t just manage properties, you’ll drive service excellence, nurture landlord and tenant relationships, and elevate operational performance.



What you’ll achieve:


  • Lead and coordinate the full property management function, ensuring compliance and service standards are consistently met.


  • Be the go‑to expert for landlords and tenants, building trust through clear communication and proactive issue resolution.


  • Improve processes that enhance the tenant experience and optimise portfolio performance.


  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to support growth, innovation, and operational improvements across the business.



Daily responsibilities include:


  • Overseeing property maintenance, inspections and contractor engagement.


  • Responding to tenant enquiries and resolving issues within agreed service standards.


  • Managing tenancies from move‑in to move‑out, including renewals and compliance checks.


  • Preparing and presenting clear reports on property performance to internal teams and clients.


  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation and best‑practice standards.



What we’re looking for:


You will have solid experience in residential property management, a confident communicator, and a problem solver who naturally builds strong relationships. A working knowledge of property legislation and compliance is essential, and you thrive in an environment where quality and performance matter.
