What You’ll Be Doing:

You won’t just be ticking boxes, you’ll be part of a tight-knit, professional team that genuinely values service and communication. Your day-to-day will focus on:

• Managing a mixed residential portfolio, including fully managed and build to rent properties

• Coordinating maintenance works and liaising with trusted contractors

• Conducting mid-term inspections and ensuring properties remain compliant

• Overseeing move-ins, move-outs, and deposit returns with attention to detail

• Building lasting relationships with tenants and landlords alike

• Keeping accurate records and following up on tenancy issues proactively

• Supporting marketing, renewals, and tenancy progression where needed
