This established independent agency with branches in Market Harborough and Lutterworth is looking to grow its successful team, and they’re open to both full-time and part-time options for the right person.

What you’ll be doing day-to-day:
- Registering and qualifying prospective tenants
- Booking and conducting property viewings
- Building strong rapport with landlords and tenants
- Negotiating lets and progressing applications through to move-in
- Liaising with referencing companies and preparing tenancy documentation
- Supporting the lettings team with general office duties and administration
