What you’ll be doing day-to-day:

• Registering and qualifying prospective tenants

• Booking and conducting property viewings

• Building strong rapport with landlords and tenants

• Negotiating lets and progressing applications through to move-in

• Liaising with referencing companies and preparing tenancy documentation

• Supporting the lettings team with general office duties and administration
