You’ll be joining a team with strong local roots and excellent market presence in Market Harborough. With a growing managed portfolio, increasing instruction levels, and an appetite for further growth, they’re looking for a driven lettings professional who’s ready to make their mark.

What you’ll be doing day-to-day:

• Overseeing day-to-day management of the lettings team and portfolio

• Ensuring compliance across all processes and documentation

• Driving performance through great customer service and local knowledge

• Coaching and developing more junior team members

• Building strong relationships with landlords and tenants

• Working closely with the Directors and property management team
