You’ll be joining a team with strong local roots and excellent market presence in Market Harborough. With a growing managed portfolio, increasing instruction levels, and an appetite for further growth, they’re looking for a driven lettings professional who’s ready to make their mark.
What you’ll be doing day-to-day:
- Overseeing day-to-day management of the lettings team and portfolio
- Ensuring compliance across all processes and documentation
- Driving performance through great customer service and local knowledge
- Coaching and developing more junior team members
- Building strong relationships with landlords and tenants
- Working closely with the Directors and property management team
