Saturday cover on rota - 9.00am - 5.00pm with TOIL

What you’ll be doing:

• Managing enquiries across both sales and lettings, matching applicants to suitable properties

• Conducting viewings and building rapport with buyers, tenants, landlords and vendors

• Handling negotiations, offers and progressing deals through to completion

• Booking market appraisals and helping generate new business opportunities

• Maintaining accurate records and delivering excellent customer service throughout the process
