As Senior Lettings Negotiator, you'll be at the centre of it all, leading deals, building client relationships, and ensuring smooth, compliant tenancies from start to finish.

You'll be trusted to manage your own portfolio of listings, work closely with landlords and applicants, and play a key role in delivering an exceptional lettings experience. No micromanagement, no red tape – just the space to perform at your best and make a real impact.

What you’ll be doing:

• Taking the lead on new and existing lettings instructions

• Conducting viewings and converting applicant interest into quality lets

• Negotiating offers and progressing tenancies through to successful move-in

• Advising landlords on market conditions, pricing, and compliance

• Managing your applicant pipeline, following up leads, and hitting targets

• Keeping all records up to date in Reapit and ensuring full legal compliance

• Collaborating with Property Management to coordinate smooth handovers

• Acting as a key point of contact for landlords and tenants throughout the journey

About you:

You’ll be an experienced lettings negotiator who thrives on results, takes pride in doing things properly, and communicates confidently with clients and colleagues alike. If you know your way around Reapit, understand compliance inside out, and love turning viewings into deals then we want to hear from you.

You’ll need:

• Previous lettings experience in a busy agency setting

• Strong knowledge of the full lettings process and legislation

• A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle

• Flexibility to work Saturdays and the occasional later viewing where needed
