What You’ll Be Doing:
As Student Property Manager, you’ll be the go-to person for the day-to-day running of student sites, balancing operational coordination, lettings activity, and tenant support. You’ll be hands-on, visible, and trusted to deliver a smooth student experience across multiple buildings.
Your day-to-day will include:
- Managing daily operations across student HMOs and PBSA sites
- Carrying out viewings, inspections, and student open days
- Responding to enquiries and securing tenancy agreements
- Handling routine compliance checks and updating records
- Logging and overseeing maintenance jobs through to completion
- Coordinating contractors and monitoring turnaround works
- Supporting tenancy issues and student welfare concerns
- Acting as first point of contact for tenants throughout their stay
What You’ll Bring:
You’ll already have experience in student lettings, PBSA, or residential property management, along with:
- A strong understanding of building compliance and HMO standards
- Great communication skills and the confidence to manage viewings independently
- Experience coordinating maintenance and working with contractors
- A passion for delivering an exceptional student experience
- A full UK driving licence and flexibility around working hours are essential for this hands-on role.
