If you’re coming from a background in sales, marketing, business development or customer service, this could be your gateway into property. Full training and ongoing support will be provided for the right candidate.

What you’ll be doing:

• Booking and conducting property viewings with prospective tenants

• Building strong relationships with landlords and applicants

• Managing enquiries and proactively following up to convert leads

• Supporting the progression of tenancies through to move-in

• Ensuring properties meet compliance requirements and are ready to let

• Contributing to a fast-paced, target-driven lettings environment

• Representing the agency with professionalism and enthusiasm at all times
