Looking for a fresh challenge with more opportunity to grow? This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Valuer or Lister to join a highly regarded independent estate agency in Wellingborough, just as they embark on a significant period of expansion.
With new investment and ambitious growth plans across the region, this agency is building out its sales team and is now seeking a commercially minded individual to lead the charge on business development and drive new instructions.
Whether you’re an experienced Valuer or a Senior Negotiator ready to step up, this role offers both autonomy and support within a forward-thinking environment. You'll be given the tools, marketing backing, and local brand recognition to go out and win business, and be properly rewarded for it.
What you’ll be doing:
- Carrying out market appraisals and winning new instructions across Wellingborough and the surrounding area
- Growing market share by building relationships with vendors and generating new leads
- Developing and executing local marketing and canvassing strategies
- Working closely with the sales team to convert listings into successful completions
- Keeping up to date with market trends and local competition
- Acting as a key ambassador for the agency’s brand and values
