What you’ll be doing:


  • Carrying out market appraisals and winning new instructions


  • Advising vendors on pricing strategy and property presentation


  • Building trusted relationships with clients and local contacts


  • Creating compelling property listings and marketing plans


  • Working closely with negotiators to ensure smooth sales progression


  • Keeping up with market trends and competitor activity


  • Supporting the Directors with growth strategies and new ideas
