Known for their personal, professional service and strong local presence, they’re now looking for a capable Lettings Negotiator to join their close-knit team.

What you’ll be doing:



  • Managing applicant enquiries and arranging viewings


  • Carrying out property viewings and negotiating tenancies


  • Building lasting relationships with landlords and tenants


  • Handling tenancy progression and ensuring compliance throughout


  • Working with the team to grow and maintain the lettings portfolio


  • Providing a high standard of customer care and local market insight



Who we’re looking for:


You’ll already have some lettings experience under your belt and enjoy delivering excellent service. You’ll be confident speaking with clients, proactive in your approach, and looking for a role where you can take responsibility without weekend demands.



Requirements:


  • Previous lettings experience in a residential agency


  • Strong communication and organisational skills


  • Local knowledge of Newark and surrounding villages


  • Full UK driving licence and your own vehicle
