What you’ll be doing:
- Conducting property viewings and securing lets across a varied portfolio
- Matching applicants to suitable properties and progressing tenancies
- Building strong relationships with landlords and tenants alike
- Advising clients on market trends and rental values
- Supporting the team in growing the lettings register through local knowledge and rapport
- Ensuring all compliance and paperwork is handled accurately and efficiently
- Collaborating closely with your branch team to hit targets and deliver top-level service

You’ll need:
- Previous experience in residential lettings
