What you’ll be doing:

• Conducting property viewings and securing lets across a varied portfolio

• Matching applicants to suitable properties and progressing tenancies

• Building strong relationships with landlords and tenants alike

• Advising clients on market trends and rental values

• Supporting the team in growing the lettings register through local knowledge and rapport

• Ensuring all compliance and paperwork is handled accurately and efficiently

• Collaborating closely with your branch team to hit targets and deliver top-level service

You’ll need:

• Previous experience in residential lettings

• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
