You’ll take the lead on managing a well-maintained lettings portfolio that spans the county – covering a mix of properties and clients. The company offers flexibility on which branch you work from, giving you a better balance between travel, office time, and productivity.
What you’ll be doing:
- Managing a portfolio of residential properties across the Nottinghamshire region
- Coordinating maintenance, safety checks, and compliance matters
- Handling tenancy renewals, inspections, and end-of-tenancy processes
- Building strong relationships with landlords and tenants alike
- Liaising with contractors and suppliers to ensure prompt resolution of issues
- Keeping accurate records and ensuring all legislative requirements are met
- Supporting the wider property management and lettings teams when required
