You’ll take the lead on managing a well-maintained lettings portfolio that spans the county – covering a mix of properties and clients. The company offers flexibility on which branch you work from, giving you a better balance between travel, office time, and productivity.

What you’ll be doing:

• Managing a portfolio of residential properties across the Nottinghamshire region

• Coordinating maintenance, safety checks, and compliance matters

• Handling tenancy renewals, inspections, and end-of-tenancy processes

• Building strong relationships with landlords and tenants alike

• Liaising with contractors and suppliers to ensure prompt resolution of issues

• Keeping accurate records and ensuring all legislative requirements are met

• Supporting the wider property management and lettings teams when required
