As Senior Lettings Manager, you’ll oversee day-to-day operations while bringing fresh energy to team development, compliance, landlord relationships, and business generation.

You’ll be responsible for leading a capable team, maintaining high standards of service, and identifying opportunities to grow the lettings footprint.

You’ll already be ARLA qualified, with a solid track record of success at management level within lettings.

Whether you’re currently managing a branch or overseeing a large lettings department, you’ll be confident in setting standards, coaching others, and handling high-level client interactions.

With a competitive basic salary expected to be in the region of £38k to £42k  (depending on experience), a strong commission structure, and an OTE in the region of £55k, this is a role where your impact will be visible and valued.
