Our client is a forward-thinking, independent estate agency based in Leicester, who are known for doing things properly,for landlords, tenants, and their team. 


Due to continued growth, we are looking for an outstanding Property Manager who  can hit the ground running and take ownership of a managed portfolio with confidence and professionalism. 



The Role 


You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of a residential lettings 

portfolio, ensuring high standards of service and compliance throughout. 


Key responsibilities include 


  • Managing a portfolio of residential rental properties 


  • Conducting check-in inventories, check-out inspections, and routine property 


  • inspections 


  • Acting as the main point of contact for landlords and tenants 


  • Handling maintenance issues, repairs, and contractor liaison 


  • Coordinating check-ins and check outs 


  • Ensuring properties meet all legal and regulatory requirements 


  • Delivering an excellent, professional service at all times 


About You 


We’re looking for someone who is: 


  • Experienced in residential property management 


  • Confident, organised, and able to work independently 


  • Proactive and solutions-focused 


  • Professional in written and verbal communication 


  • Comfortable managing repairs and remedial works 


  • Familiar with current lettings legislation and compliance 


  • Able to prioritise and manage a busy workload 


  • ARLA qualification is desirable but not essential.
