A well-established, independently owned agency with a strong local presence is looking to bring on an ambitious Lettings Negotiator to join their high-performing Kenilworth office. With a strong portfolio across Warwickshire and a loyal client base, this team values long-term relationships over quick wins – and they’re looking for someone who shares that mindset.
You’ll be handling everything from applicant registrations and viewings to progressing lets and providing standout service to landlords and tenants alike. The branch has solid stock levels and a strong flow of quality enquiries, meaning you’ll be working in an environment where results follow naturally from great service and smart work.
