As a Lettings Negotiator, your focus will be on generating and converting new enquiries, registering tenants, conducting viewings, and progressing lets with care and precision.


This is a business that blends traditional values with modern systems, giving you the structure to succeed, and the autonomy to build lasting client relationships. With supportive management, clear goals, and a no-nonsense approach to progression, your work will be recognised and rewarded.


You’ll need some experience in residential lettings, either as a Negotiator or from an admin/support role, and a full driving licence. Most importantly, you’ll be someone who thrives in a busy environment and enjoys helping people find the right home.
