Contract Type: Full Time / Perm

This is a brilliant opportunity for a Lettings Negotiator ready to step into a role where your energy, organisation, and people skills will truly be rewarded.
You’ll be joining a well-established, independent agency with a strong footprint in the Warwickshire market. Known for their hands-on, personable approach, they’ve built a loyal local client base—and they’re busy. That’s where you come in.
This role isn’t just about booking viewings and chasing paperwork. You’ll be at the front line of the lettings process: managing tenant relationships, advising landlords, and making confident decisions to keep deals moving. Expect a pacey environment with plenty of support around you—but also the autonomy to take ownership of your day.
You’ll be out and about regularly, so you’ll need a full UK driving licence and a proactive approach to managing your diary. In return, you’ll have the chance to grow your portfolio, build long-term landlord relationships, and earn commission on top of a competitive basic salary.
This is a great fit for someone with previous experience in lettings who’s looking to join a friendly, driven team that values professionalism over pushiness.
