You’ll be joining an established, privately run property business with a strong local presence and a steady, managed portfolio. What you’ll achieve in this role
You’ll take ownership of a residential portfolio, ensuring properties are compliant, tenants are supported, and landlords feel informed and reassured. Your ability to stay organised, communicate clearly, and anticipate issues will be central to maintaining long-term relationships and a smoothly run department.
Day-to-day responsibilities
- Managing a portfolio of residential properties from move-in through to tenancy end
- Acting as the main point of contact for landlords and tenants
- Coordinating maintenance and repairs with trusted contractors
- Overseeing compliance, safety checks, and legal requirements
- Handling tenancy renewals, negotiations, and notices
- Resolving issues efficiently while maintaining positive relationships
- Keeping records accurate and up to date across the portfolio
