If you're a numbers-focused professional who thrives in a fast-paced property environment, this is a great opportunity to bring your skills into an established independent lettings agency in Leicester.


Working closely with the company directors, you’ll take ownership of the day-to-day bookkeeping function, helping to maintain smooth financial operations as the business continues to expand its managed portfolio.


With flexibility on hours (20–30 per week to suit), this role is ideal if you’re looking to balance work with other commitments while staying hands-on in a dynamic property business.


You’ll be responsible for bank reconciliations, rent payment allocations, managing supplier payments, preparing VAT returns, and supporting month-end reporting.


Experience using QuickBooks or a similar accounting platform is preferred, and any background within the property or lettings sector will be a bonus, though not essential.

This is a permanent, office-based position with a salary of £26k–£28k pro rata, depending on experience.
