This established independent agency in Leicester is growing, and they’re on the lookout for someone who knows how to build rapport, drive lettings performance, and keep clients coming back. You'll be working Monday to Friday only, in a lively and supportive team where your experience will be valued and your results rewarded.
You'll take charge of viewings, negotiate lets, and play a central role in delivering a smooth and professional experience for landlords and tenants alike. There's a healthy pipeline to work with and a competitive OTE, but even more importantly, there's a culture of trust and autonomy. No micro-management here, just a team that wants to succeed together.
