As Lettings Coordinator, you’ll be the engine room of the office, managing tenancy paperwork, liaising with landlords and tenants, organising appointments, and ensuring the lettings process is seamless from start to finish. Your contribution will be key to maintaining high standards and keeping the team one step ahead.


This role would suit someone with previous lettings experience (either in a front office or admin capacity) who enjoys structure, working independently and playing a vital part in a collaborative team.


The hours, 9am to 2pm Monday to Friday, with every third Saturday, make it ideal for those looking for work-life balance alongside a busy, fulfilling role.
