Working across four successful estate agency branches in the Bedfordshire area, you'll play a key role in delivering tailored mortgage and protection advice to a varied client base, from first-time buyers to seasoned landlords. With consistent lead flow, a loyal client base, and a trusted reputation in the region, you’ll have the tools and support you need to thrive.

You’ll need to be CeMAP qualified (or equivalent) with a solid grounding in mortgage and protection advice. Experience in an estate agency environment is beneficial, but not essential. What matters most is your ability to communicate clearly, deliver sound advice, and build trust.
