This is a full-time property management role covering both student and professional lets, however we may be able to consider strong applicants on a part time basis.
You’ll be based from a smart, modern office, managing a mixed portfolio with the support of an organised, well-structured team.
Expect a fast-paced role with plenty of variety. You'll liaise with landlords and tenants, coordinate maintenance, stay on top of compliance, and handle check-ins, check-outs, and everything in between. The student portfolio brings seasonal demand while the professional lets offer year-round consistency, making this ideal for someone who thrives on change but also likes structure.
