It’s not often a role comes along where you can step into a department ready for change and genuinely make your mark.
With a portfolio of over 900 managed properties and a respected local presence, this independent agency is now entering a pivotal phase. This is your opportunity to take the reins and shape the future of their residential lettings operation.
You’ll be stepping into a leadership role with full oversight of the lettings department, supported by an experienced team. But this isn’t just about managing the day to day. It’s about stepping back, reviewing current structures, and bringing fresh ideas to how things are done. You’ll be instrumental in streamlining systems, enhancing compliance processes, and creating an efficient, service-led environment that supports growth.
Expect full autonomy to lead, a genuinely collaborative management team, and the chance to influence decisions at a strategic level.
What you’ll achieve:
You’ll lead the restructure of the lettings team, ensuring the right people are in the right roles. You’ll refine systems and processes to create a more agile and effective operation. And you’ll deliver the sort of landlord and tenant experience that protects reputation while boosting long-term growth.
This is an ideal next step for someone already operating as a Lettings Manager or Senior Property Manager who wants full responsibility for running a department. A strong understanding of compliance, team leadership, and residential property management is essential.
You’ll be based at their central Melton Mowbray office, working Monday to Friday, with only one Saturday per month. Salary is offered at £30k to £40k depending on experience, with 25 days' holiday plus bank holidays, a pension scheme, and on-site parking.
